Say hello to Momo! Momo is a lover, a runner, and an all day snuggler. You haven't truly lived until you've experienced the love of this dear, sweet little girl. She greets every human with the enthusiasm of a child meeting Santa for the first time. If you like to watch movies but don't like watching alone, she's got your back. At no extra charge, she'll even keep your lap warm and snore her way through the film so you won't have to worry about answering a million questions about why whats-his-name betrayed whos-that-face. At 2 years old, Momo is a medium energy puppy in an adult dog body. That means she LOVES to play. Tug is her favorite, with chase coming in at a close second. She is still learning to control her chasing and mouthing impulses, though, so she will do best in a home without young kids. Momo has a really energetic and excitable play style and would do best as the only pup or with a good fit similary energetic and tolerant resident pup. Momo is crate trained, potty trained, does well when left alone, and is learning to walk on a loose leash. She is not turned off by any of Colorado's weather (i.e. high winds, freezing nights, deep snow) and is tough as nails, so she would make an excellent little adventure dog. She is comfortable with nail trims and being touched all over, so vet visits have been a breeze for her so far! She does have some anxieties about the world, but her foster parents have been working hard to improve her confidence and lay the groundwork to set her up for success as she continues her training in her forever home. If you are looking for a young dog who loves to cuddle up with you more than anything, and have the patience and energy to provide the enrichment and training she needs, then Momo just might be the love bug for you.
